02Data we collect

Customer account data: the name, contact details and organization information you provide when you create a BetterFans Link account.

Usage data: API key identifiers, request counts, last-used times, error logs and technical metadata such as IP addresses, used to operate, secure and bill the Service.

Connected account data: when you link creator accounts, the Service processes data from those accounts, such as messages, fan profiles, media and earnings, in order to fulfil your API requests and deliver events and webhooks.

03Our role

For customer account and usage data, we are the controller. For connected account data processed on your instructions, you are the controller and we act as your processor.

04How we use data

To provide and secure the Service, authenticate requests, prevent abuse, provide support, meet legal obligations and communicate with you about the Service. We do not sell personal data.

05Sharing and subprocessors
