01Who we are

BetterFans Link ("we", "us") is operated by Apex Haven LLC. These terms govern your use of the BetterFans Link API, SDK, webhooks, MCP server, documentation and this website (together, the "Service").

By creating an API key or otherwise using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or agency, you confirm you are authorized to bind it, and "you" means that organization.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. The Service is intended for businesses and professional developers, not consumers.

03Accounts and API keys

You create and manage your account, workspace, connected creator accounts and API keys at betterfans.link.

You are responsible for keeping your API keys, WebSocket tokens and webhook signing secrets confidential, and for all activity performed with them. Rotate or revoke a key promptly if you suspect it has been exposed.

04Authorization over connected accounts

You may only connect OnlyFans accounts that you own or that you are authorized in writing to manage. You represent that every account holder whose account is reachable through your keys has consented to that access and to the processing of their account data through the Service.

You must remove an account from the platform promptly when your authorization to manage it ends.

05Independence from OnlyFans and platform risk

OnlyFans is a registered trademark of Fenix International Limited. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Fenix International Limited, and the Service is not an official OnlyFans product.

Third-party platforms can change, restrict or suspend accounts and features at any time. You are solely responsible for how you use connected accounts and for complying with the rules of every platform you use. We are not responsible for actions a third-party platform takes against any account.

06Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy at /acceptable-use, which forms part of these terms.

07Fees

08Intellectual property and license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the SDK and documentation to build and operate your own applications during your subscription. You may not resell raw access to the Service, sublicense your API keys, or build a product whose main purpose is to replicate the Service.

You keep all rights in your applications and in your own data. We keep all rights in the Service.

09Data protection

10Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". Because the Service depends on third-party platforms, features may change or become unavailable without notice. We may change or discontinue parts of the Service and will try to give reasonable notice of material changes.

11Limitation of liability

12Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your applications, your use of connected accounts, or your breach of these terms or of any third-party platform rules.

13Suspension and termination

We may suspend or revoke access immediately if we reasonably believe you are breaching these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking your keys.
